Welcome autumn while nourishing both body and soul with this all-day cooking and yoga getaway! “Comfort Me With Apples” is hosted by yoga instructor and founder of Fit Ventures, Carrie Bailey, together with professionally-trained chef and owner of Come Back to the Table, Linda Hoffman.

Join us at the private 26-acre Raindrop Retreat, nestled in the tranquil foothills of the Colorado Rockies, for a daylong celebration of cooking, gentle restorative yoga, relaxation, hiking, and massage. Moving into the reflective, golden season of autumn, participants will gather mid-morning with a gentle yoga refresher to awaken the body and set the day’s intentions – to comfort and nourish our bodies and souls.

Yoga will be followed by a cooking session and light lunch, while the afternoon allows free time for outdoor exploration during this day of renewal and nourishment with guided hiking, journaling, or on-site massage with Raindrop owner/massage therapist, Tara Parr. A second cooking lesson features preparation of the evening meal highlighting produce from Raindrop’s very own organic garden and orchard. Participants will gather to share the bounty of their day before retreating outdoors for the finale fireside reflection.
